I'm feeling brand new after closing a certain mental and creative chapter. This is genuinely beautiful yet overwhelming about ending something that took so much time to complete, and I should say, I felt so stuck in the middle of nowhere for almost a month, couldn't start anything new, and felt pretty damn anxious about it, and couldn't even hold a pencil in my hand. Needed a recharge BIG TIME.
They say good ideas sometimes take a little longer than ordinary, and that our unconscious mind is working ALL THE TIME to produce a solution to problem (if we really care to solve it), even when we think our brain is full of nothing. So don't worry if it happens, your thoughts just transforming, take your time!
I also stumbled upon a very truthful article dealing with the point of overcoming creative block. You can read it HERE. It's about Alexander Bell's inventing process and success. Soulmate talks.
And here's what I'm working on right now.. This one is about a robot and a monkey sharing interstellar adventure stories under the meteor shower. While drawing, it feels like all of the pieces of life come together to where they belong. So, so good.
